Terms and Conditions
The rules for using this website and requesting help from Trident Biohazard Remediation LLC. Effective September 25, 2026.
By using this website or sending the contact form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the form. For emergency help, call (941) 336-7106.
Who we are
Trident Biohazard Remediation LLC is a family-owned company based in Sarasota, Florida. We provide discreet biohazard cleanup, hoarding cleanup, odor remediation, cleanouts, and related property recovery. This website is a private preview. It is not legal, medical, or insurance advice.
Emergencies
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first. The contact form is for a callback. Do not wait on the form when the situation is urgent. We travel up to two hours from home base, with a travel fee after a one-hour radius. Service is offered in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and surrounding communities in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, DeSoto, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Lee, and Hardee Counties, subject to availability.
Requests and estimates
Sending the form or leaving a voicemail is a request for contact, not a booking and not a contract for work. We will follow up as soon as we can. Any price, scope, or timing we discuss is an estimate until we agree in writing or on a signed work authorization. Site conditions can change what the job requires.
Insurance may apply to some jobs. We can coordinate with a carrier when coverage may apply. Coverage decisions belong to the insurer. You remain responsible for charges that insurance does not pay, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The work
We work unmarked and discreet. We do not publish graphic photos on this site. We may photograph a property as needed to document conditions, plan the work, or support an insurance claim. We do not use those images for marketing without your permission.
We are not a hospital, funeral home, or law firm. We do not take possession of human remains. We do not replace police, fire, or medical responders.
Website use
You may use this site to learn about our services and to request help. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or submit false contact information. Content on the site is for general information. We may update pages without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Trident is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from a delay in responding to a form or message. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Florida law does not allow us to limit, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct in performing contracted cleanup work.
The website is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will always be available or error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sarasota County, Florida, have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved directly, except where the law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Questions: hollie@tridentbiohazardremediation.com or (941) 336-7106.
