What we collect
When you request a callback, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, and a description of how we can help. You may also share an address, insurance details, or other facts about a property. Phone and email inquiries can include the same kinds of information.
This work is often sensitive. You do not have to include graphic details. Share only what you are comfortable telling us so we can follow up.
This is a static website. We do not run advertising pixels or sell mailing lists. Our host, Vercel, and our form processor, FormSubmit, may keep technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, as needed to run and protect their services.
How we use it
- To call, text, or email you back about the request you sent.
- To plan a visit, explain next steps, and coordinate with insurance when coverage may apply.
- To keep a record of the job for billing, insurance, and legal requirements.
- To improve how this website and our response process work.
We do not sell your information. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Who else may see it
Form submissions go through FormSubmit so the message can reach us at hollie@tridentbiohazardremediation.com. The site is hosted on Vercel. We may share what we need with insurance carriers, property managers, or contractors when that is part of the job you asked us to do. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.
Team members who handle a request are expected to treat it as confidential.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and job records as long as we need them to respond, complete the work, and meet recordkeeping and legal obligations. Technical logs kept by our host or form processor follow their own retention practices.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we have from your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for the job, insurance, or the law. Contact us at the phone or email above. If this is urgent, call. Do not wait on email.
Children
This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the form.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date on this page.
